Okay...not my cute little Lauren but her thumb. When I was pregnant with her we had our ultrasound and decided that we didn't want to know the gender of our baby but one thing we did know was our baby was a thumb sucker. We have the cutest ultrasound pictures of her sucking her thumb. One week after she was born we saw her trying to put her tiny thumb into her mouth and suck. It was the cutest thing I ever saw. None of my other children sucked their thumbs or would take a Binky (which was a good thing) so I never had the problem of trying to take it away. One of my pet peeves is when a toddler with a Binky who is old enough to take it out to speak and then pops it right back in the mouth. But what do you do when you can't take away the thumb?
I have to admit though I still think it's really cute.

But, at her age I think it's still cute...at 12, not so much!
I think it is cute, but I am sure as the mother it can become a bother. I know Jaclyn sucked her thumb for a long time. Her mom tried putting this hot stuff on it at night and she would just suck it right off. I think she was at least 5 year old though.
By the way, I love Faith's picture on the side. It looks like she is having a great time. :)
It doesn't matter that there is thumb present there is no way she can hide all her cuteness!! she looks like she's having so much fun!
